A Managed Service Partner may be authorized to manage a customer’s FieldMap environment, but the customer’s Organization and data remain associated with the customer.
If the customer changes integrators, the Organization stays, the documented history stays, the previous Partner’s access can be removed, and a new Partner can be authorized.
Your integrator can manage your FieldMap. They never own it.
An Organization is the customer-level account that owns its documentation, users, Locations, and operational history. A single Organization can contain many Locations.
A Location is a physical site or building belonging to one Organization. For example, ABC Property Management with 30 apartment communities can have one Organization containing 30 Locations.
FieldMap Free continues forever. Your first six months include unlimited Object creation. After that, Free has a 250-Object creation ceiling. Existing Objects remain available and maintainable.
An AI Action is used when you ask FieldMap to generate or analyze something with AI. Viewing existing AI-generated information does not use an Action.
FieldMap does not delete documented history simply because an Organization moves to a lower plan. Existing information remains associated with the Organization and can continue to be accessed and maintained as permitted. Lower-plan limits may restrict creation of additional Locations, Objects, users, uploads, or other plan-specific capabilities.
FieldMap Partner is a capability for service providers that manage FieldMap on behalf of their customers. It is available on Pro and Business and is not a fifth plan.
Your Organization owns its data. A Managed Service Partner may receive authorized management access, but they do not own the customer Organization or its data.
The Organization stays, the documented history stays, the previous Partner’s access can be removed, and a new Partner can be authorized. Your customer history does not need to be migrated from one service provider to another.
They remain part of your Organization and remain available to view, update, and maintain. The limit applies to creating additional new Objects after the first six months on Free.
